Manifesto Showroom Press Day fascinated with new products

Manifesto Showroom held its biannual Press Day in November offering reporters and influencers an overview of new lifestyle products. New brands presented at the event were Halo Top ice cream and Villeroy & Boch.

Manifesto Showroom was again visited by numerous journalists and social media influencers during the biannual Press Day. Wide selection of new products were presented at the event: home electronics, beauty care, food and interior design products. Sony’s stand featured, among other things, new headphones and the Xperia 5; Halo Top’s newly launched ice creams in Finland were praised for their taste; and Plantagen’s plants were used to build up a winter wonderland in Manifesto’s lounge.

One of the newcomers to the event was Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg, whose marketing manager Jenni Luomala captured visitors’ attention by telling them about spring trends in bathroom decoration.

“Manifesto Showroom’s Press Day was a great experience. We got excellent contacts and met important journalists with whom we had good discussions. During the press day, we introduced black bathroom furniture and it was great to hear the thoughts that lifestyle journalists and influencers had on new trend color in Finland. In addition, it was great to get to know the products of other brands presented during the day”, says Luomala.

The personal contact one gets at the event is valuable

There is a great amount of interest among journalists and influencers in new lifestyle products. Their readers and followers are constantly looking for new information: How can one’s everyday life be more pleasant, how do the choices we make affect our health and also the environment?

“At the press day, either the brand representatives themselves or the well-briefed agency consultants introduce the products. This the best service from the visitors’ point of view: when the visitor gets information they are interested in, the also get excited about the new products. They can also give feedback directly to the brand or to our consultants about the product”, says the Manifesto Showroom Manager Markus Hilden.

The Manifesto Showroom Press Days are held twice a year. The Showroom is open to visitors on weekdays from 9am to 3pm or by appointment.
