Manifesto organized The Kultasulka 2019 Awards to honor the best marketing and PR books in Finland

The book “Digiajan asiakaskokemus” (Customer Experience in digital era) written by Belinda Gerdt and Sanna Eskelinen has been awarded with grand prize in Kultasulka 2019 Awards. The Publication Series called ProComma Academic published by The Finnish Association of Communication Professionals (ProCom) and especially their publication Diplomatic Communication written by Elina Melgin and Hannu Nieminen received an honorary award.

Kultasulka Awards programme, organized since 1978, recognizes publications which enhance and enrich the development of marketing and communications industry in Finland. The Kultasulka 2019 Awards was organized jointly by the Finnish Association for Marketing, Technology and Creativity (MTL) and Manifesto.

According to the judge’s panel “The book Customer experience in digital era is a practical and well-structured book that provides excellent and forward-looking insights and case descriptions of a current topic”.

In addition, the ProComma Academic series published by ProCom was recognized for its important work in promoting the debate in the field of communications.

In addition to the winning entries, the shortlist included Sallamaari Muhonen’s Somekohut ja mainekriisit about reputation crisis on social media (publisher Marketing Finland) and Anna Sorainen’s Sori, johtajuus ja julkisuus kriisissä about business executives and publicity (publisher Alma Talent).
